Tai Chi
Tai Chi Chuan is a martial art based on Taoist philosophy. It can be a physical exercise, a meditation in movement as well as a method of self defense. At Seven Stars Tai Chi Club we practice both
Yang and
Chen styles. Advanced students are encouraged to deepen their practice via a two person form, a sword set and a variety of Qigong exercises.
Yang's Tai Chi
Beautifully flowing Yang style Tai Chi conceals a wealth of martial applications in a relaxing, meditative form. Whether you are looking for physical exercise, moving meditation or self defense applications you are welcome to attend our regular Tuesday night classes.
Chen's Tai Chi
Experience the vigor of Chen style Tai Chi, an internal martial art that contains both flowing coiling movements and explosive releases of power. Whether you are looking for physical exercise, moving meditation or self defense applications you are welcome to attend our regular Sunday classes.
