No: 196 Faces (Arbutus) Gulf Islands, B.C.
Well here we all are
having come from afar
in the twists and turns
as the bark wrinkles and learns
how best to grow
into someone you know
or is it you and your feeling
that is looking for meaning
that’s all very well,
but some of these faces
have no tale to tell.
