For a long time
I have looked for you.
after rains,
in the early morning,
before winter comes.
But now here,
by the sea,
its mists condensing,
on delicate threads.
Holding the mirror
in each droplet,
held in the air
against bleached roots,
themselves swept here
in less tranquil times,
you have arrived.
